5 Years in Development

The Diva Utopia is the culmination of a five-year development journey between Focal and its sister company, Naim. While Focal has long been renowned for crafting some of the world's finest passive speakers, the Diva Utopia represents their first foray into the ultra-premium wireless realm. This French-British collaboration combines Focal's legendary driver technology with Naim's sophisticated electronics expertise to create an integrated system that delivers audiophile performance without the complexity of traditional component setups.

Advanced Technology in an Artistic Package

The Diva Utopia takes advantage of everything Focal has learned in acoustic research. Each wireless loudspeaker features Focal's exclusive M-shaped pure beryllium tweeter that delivers extraordinarily precise high frequencies with minimal distortion. The 6.5-inch midrange driver utilizes Focal's proprietary 'W' sandwich cone technology, providing the perfect blend of rigidity and damping. Adding to both functionality and aesthetic appeal are the innovative floating side panels crafted from OEKO-TEX®-certified felt, known for both durability and environmental friendliness. These elegant panels feature refined lines and a signature opening that houses the backlit Focal logo. Cleverly positioned behind these panels are four side-mounted woofers in a push-push configuration, subtly integrated to enhance sound diffusion while delivering deep, controlled bass down to 27Hz.

Inside each speaker cabinet, 400 watts of Naim Class A/B amplification powers the array of drivers with precision-tuned circuits for each frequency range. The wireless connection between speakers uses Ultra-Wideband technology, which provides near-zero latency and supports high-resolution audio up to 24-bit/96kHz. For purists, the included cable connection can push that resolution even higher to 24-bit/192kHz.

Leveraging the latest digital technology to improve sound, the ADAPT room correction technology tailors the speakers' output to your specific listening environment, delivering optimal performance without drastically reconfiguring your listening space.

Connectivity and Convenience

The Diva Utopia system offers comprehensive connectivity options that belie its streamlined appearance. Physical connections include HDMI eARC for TV integration, optical input, USB for storage devices, and RCA inputs for analog sources like turntables. Control options are equally flexible—use the dedicated Focal & Naim app, the included remote, or voice commands via Google Assistant or Siri.
